Our Approach
Mosaica Partners believes that health care is local and that the planning and formation of an HIE must reflect the culture and norms of its community. Our recommended approach is based upon that principle.
We encourage the involvement of the community and its HIE stakeholders at every step along the way.
We work with our clients to guide them in their HIE formation activities and to ensure that the effort is both led – and strongly supported – locally. We believe this is a critical success factor for building a sustainable HIE.
The objective of our approach is to provide advice and counsel and HIE domain expertise and transfer appropriate knowledge so as to prepare the community to be self-sufficient in operating and sustaining their HIE.

Our extensive, hands on experience in healthcare process improvement and technology provides a vital asset to providing our clients with appropriate solution approach advice. In addition we are constantly researching and evaluating health information trends and related vendor products to assure that we remain up-to-date.
We Are Vendor Neutral
The freedom of not having referral or commission-based financial ties to any vendor whose products or services we might recommend gives us the ability to provide unbiased recommendations to support our client's quest for the best solution(s) to meet their needs.
In any situation where we may have worked with a vendor as part of our vendor advisory services and believe that its in a client's best interest to consider that vendor, we will promptly disclose our relationship to that vendor.
We Interact and Operate in an Ethical Manner
As an organization, Mosaica Partners takes pride in its decision to adopt the Code of Ethics established by the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA) and to conduct itself in accordance with the Code. Further, we insist that all our employees and Network Associates ascribe to the code and agree to conduct themselves accordingly; whether or not they are actually members of IMC USA.
